Rules and Regulations
** Flowering plants, perennials, or other living vegetable matter shall not be planted on any gravesite in the cemetery.
**No trees, shrubs, or evergreens will be planted on any gravesite in the cemetery, only along the roadways, if authorized by cemetery official, and then these will be flowering or ornamental trees.
**Grave blankets will be permitted only from November 1 to March 1. They have to be taken up by March 1 r city employees will remove them.
**Memorials will be taken up when they start to fade, discolor, coming apart, or has lost its decorative appearance.
**Shepards hooks shall be placed in the ground as close to the headstone as possible.
**The city start cleaning our cemeteries every year beginning March 1 until done.
**Regulation of 5 memorials can be placed on grave.
